Could your shoulder slump be causing your neck pain?
NCT ID NCT07484984
Summary
This study aimed to understand if a low, slumped shoulder position is connected to more neck pain and worse neck function. Researchers compared 128 young adults, split into two groups based on their natural shoulder posture. They measured shoulder position, pain levels, and neck function in a single session to look for connections, but did not test any treatments.
