Hidden shoulder damage found in hand injury patients

Summary
This study aims to find out if people with hand injuries also have hidden shoulder problems. Researchers will use ultrasound scans on 60 patients to look for shoulder damage. The goal is to see if shoulder treatment should be added to standard hand rehabilitation to help people recover better.
