Tape vs needles: which works better for shoulder pain?

NCT ID NCT07190768

Summary

This study compares two common physical therapy treatments for shoulder pain: kinesiology taping (special elastic tape) and dry needling (thin needles inserted into muscles). Researchers want to see which method works better to reduce pain and improve shoulder movement in adults with persistent shoulder pain. They'll also test if using both treatments together provides more benefit than either one alone.
