Tape vs. needles: the battle for shoulder pain relief

Summary

This study will compare two common physical therapy treatments for persistent shoulder pain caused by impingement. Researchers want to see if kinesiology taping, dry needling, or a combination of both works better to reduce pain and improve shoulder movement. The trial will enroll 100 adults who have had shoulder pain for over six weeks.
