Hands-On therapy tested for winging shoulder blades
NCT ID NCT07232316
Summary
This study tested whether a hands-on physical therapy technique (INIT) works better than standard exercises for young adults with a shoulder blade problem called scapular dyskinesis. 82 participants received either the INIT treatment or conventional stretching and strengthening exercises three times a week for six weeks. Researchers measured shoulder movement, muscle strength, and shoulder blade position to see which approach was more effective.
