Summary
This study compared two different hands-on physical therapy techniques for people with chronic shoulder pain from rotator cuff syndrome. Sixty adults received either the Spencer technique or mobilization with movement, both combined with standard heat and stretching therapy, for six weeks. Researchers measured which approach was better at reducing pain and improving shoulder function and movement.
