Hands-On healing: which therapy works best for shoulder injuries?

Summary
This study compares two hands-on physical therapy techniques to see which works better for people with rotator cuff shoulder injuries. 45 adults with partial shoulder tears will receive either standard therapy alone or standard therapy plus one of two special manual techniques. Researchers will measure changes in pain, shoulder movement, function, and quality of life after three weeks of treatment.
