Summary

This study compared two different hands-on physical therapy techniques—Maitland and Mulligan mobilization—to see which works better for reducing shoulder pain and improving function. Researchers worked with 46 adults who had experienced shoulder pain for 3-12 months. They measured changes in pain levels, shoulder function, and psychological well-being to determine which approach provided better relief.
