New study tests posture therapy against simple walking for shoulder pain relief
NCT ID NCT05613998
Summary
This study compared two different physical therapy approaches for people with chronic shoulder pain from rotator cuff issues. 66 participants were randomly assigned to either a posture-focused therapy program, a daily walking routine, or no therapy at all for six weeks. Researchers measured changes in pain, shoulder function, and quality of life to see which approach worked better.
