First seen Jan 30, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study looked at 66 adults with shoulder pain from rotator cuff tendinopathy (lasting at least 3 months). Researchers compared a special posture-focused exercise program (Global Postural Reeducation) to a general aerobic exercise program. The goal was to see which better reduces pain and improves shoulder function. Results can help guide physical therapy choices for this common condition.
