Summary

This study tests whether adding a special massage technique (IASTM) to standard exercises can reduce pain, improve movement, and boost quality of life in people with shoulder impingement. About 38 adults aged 40-60 with shoulder pain will participate. The goal is to see if this hands-on approach offers extra relief beyond exercise alone.
