Summary
This study tested whether adding ultrasound therapy or kinesiotaping (a special elastic tape) to standard shoulder exercises works better for people with shoulder impingement. It involved 45 adults with shoulder pain, aiming to see which approach better reduced pain and improved shoulder movement and strength. The goal was to find the most effective combination of therapies for managing this common condition.
