Summary
This study tested two exercise approaches for people with shoulder pain caused by rotator cuff tendinopathy. 66 adults with pain lasting at least 3 months were assigned to either a posture-focused program or a general aerobic exercise program. Researchers measured changes in pain, disability, and quality of life to see which method worked better.
