This study tested a 12-week program combining strength exercises and gentle sensory stimulation for adults over 60 with long-term shoulder pain. 80 participants were split into two groups: one received the new program plus standard care, the other only standard care. Researchers measured pain, sleep, mood, and shoulder function to see if the combined approach offers extra benefits.
