New therapy aims to serve up relief for aching tennis shoulders
NCT ID NCT07385378
Summary
This study is testing a combination of two physical therapy techniques for tennis players with a common shoulder pain condition called subacromial impingement. The goal is to see if using special tools to release tight tissue, along with exercises to correct shoulder blade position, can reduce pain and improve shoulder function. Researchers will measure changes in pain, movement, and strength in 36 participants.
