Summary
This study tested a special low-intensity training method, called blood flow restriction training, on the shoulders of judo athletes. It aimed to see if this method could reduce their shoulder pain and improve their strength, movement, and overall shoulder function. The study involved 45 athletes aged 18-30 who were experiencing shoulder pain and limited movement.
