New hope for easing painful shoulders after mastectomy

Summary
This study aims to see if a specific hands-on physical therapy technique can help reduce shoulder pain and improve movement in women who have had a mastectomy. It will involve 40 women aged 40-60 who are at least 3 months past surgery and have limited shoulder movement. The main goal is to measure changes in shoulder range of motion and function.
