New study tests simple hand move to ease Post-Mastectomy shoulder pain

Summary
This study tests a gentle hand therapy called intercostal mulligan mobilization to reduce pain and improve shoulder movement in women who had a mastectomy at least 3 months ago. 40 women aged 40-60 with limited shoulder motion will receive the therapy. The goal is to see if this simple approach can help them move better and feel less pain.
