Summary

This study tested whether an injection made from processed human placenta could safely reduce pain in people with shoulder impingement syndrome. 50 participants with shoulder pain received either the active injection or a placebo, guided by ultrasound. Researchers measured changes in pain levels and shoulder function to see if the treatment was effective.
