Back exercises vs. special tape: which helps shoulder pain more?
NCT ID NCT06777121
Summary
This study tested whether adding back exercises or a special elastic tape to standard shoulder exercises works better for reducing pain and improving movement in adults with chronic shoulder pain. 75 people were split into three groups doing exercises five days a week for three weeks. Researchers measured pain, strength, and function before and after to see which add-on treatment helped most.
