New shoulder exercises tested for chronic pain relief
NCT ID NCT07277868
Summary
This study tested whether a specific set of exercises targeting shoulder blade muscles works better than standard shoulder exercises for people with chronic shoulder impingement pain. 60 adults with shoulder pain for at least a month were randomly assigned to one of the two exercise programs for 12 weeks. Researchers measured their pain levels, shoulder function, and quality of life to see which approach provided greater relief.
