NCT ID NCT07228455

Summary

This study tested whether a specific exercise program could help people with a common shoulder pain condition called subacromial impingement syndrome. Researchers compared a group doing special strengthening exercises for shoulder muscles to a group receiving standard physical therapy. The goal was to see if the targeted exercises could reduce pain, improve shoulder movement, and decrease fear of movement.
