First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 09, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study is testing whether strengthening a specific back muscle, the latissimus dorsi, can help people with chronic shoulder pain from rotator cuff tendon problems. Researchers will compare different 12-week exercise programs to see which one best improves shoulder movement, reduces pain, and increases the space in the shoulder joint. The goal is to find a better non-surgical treatment to manage this common type of shoulder pain.
