New exercise approach aims to ease chronic shoulder pain
NCT ID NCT07053566
Summary
This study is testing whether strengthening a specific back muscle (the latissimus dorsi) can help people with rotator cuff tendon pain. Researchers want to see if these exercises can create more space in the shoulder joint, which may reduce pain and improve movement. Forty-seven adults with shoulder pain will try different 12-week exercise programs to compare their effects.
