New exercise therapy aims to ease Seniors' shoulder pain and improve sleep
NCT ID NCT07184242
Summary
This study tested whether adding a special exercise and sensory training program to standard treatment helps older adults with long-term shoulder pain. 80 participants over age 60 were divided into two groups: one received the new 12-week program plus usual care, while the other received only usual care. Researchers measured changes in pain, shoulder function, sleep quality, and participants' thoughts and fears about their pain.
