New exercise combo tested to thaw frozen shoulder pain

NCT ID NCT07283016

Summary

This study is testing whether adding specific chest muscle stretches and strengthening exercises to standard shoulder mobility workouts works better for reducing pain and improving movement in people with frozen shoulder. Researchers will compare two groups of 70 adults aged 40-70: one doing the new combined exercises and one doing only the standard exercises. The goal is to see if targeting the chest muscles leads to better pain relief and shoulder function after six weeks of treatment.
