Summary
This study tested whether a new type of exercise program works better than a standard one for reducing shoulder pain in athletes. It involved 28 athletes who play sports like volleyball, tennis, and baseball and had shoulder pain for over six weeks. Participants did one of two different eight-week exercise programs to see which was more effective at easing pain and improving shoulder function and sports performance.
