Can a new exercise trick ease chronic shoulder pain?
NCT ID NCT07324993
Summary
This study is testing if a special type of low-intensity exercise, where a cuff restricts blood flow to the arm, works better than the same exercise without the cuff for people with long-term rotator cuff shoulder pain. About 34 participants will be randomly assigned to try one of the two exercise methods for four weeks. Researchers will measure changes in pain, strength, fear of movement, and daily function to see which approach is more helpful.
