Scientists map key muscle to fight shoulder pain
NCT ID NCT07297758
Summary
This study aims to understand how a major back muscle, the latissimus dorsi, activates during specific shoulder exercises. Researchers will measure muscle activity in 30 healthy, active adults using sensors while they perform exercises at different arm angles. The goal is to gather knowledge that could help design better physical therapy exercises to prevent or manage shoulder impingement pain.
