New injection aims to sharpen shoulder injury scans

Summary
This study is testing whether a new injection called NEMO-103 can make MRI scans of the shoulder clearer and more detailed for diagnosing injuries. Participants with suspected shoulder problems will get two MRI scans: one standard scan and one with the NEMO-103 injection. The goal is to see if the injection helps doctors see joint injuries like rotator cuff tears better.
