Hidden shoulder issue in young athletes: does limited rotation hurt performance?
NCT ID NCT07372274
Summary
This study looked at whether a common shoulder condition in young athletes affects their performance, even when they feel no pain. Researchers compared 52 teenage male volleyball players, some with and some without a specific shoulder rotation limitation. They measured how long players could perform shoulder exercises and how stable their arms were during tests to see if the condition made a difference.
