Summary

This study tested two special exercise programs—Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) and Gyrotonic training—in 90 athletes aged 18-25 with shoulder injuries. Participants did supervised sessions three times a week for six weeks. The goal was to see if these methods reduce pain and improve shoulder function better than usual training.
