Sticky shoulder? weekly injections tested for relief

NCT ID NCT05983081

Summary

This study tested whether a series of three weekly injections of hyaluronic acid directly into the shoulder joint could help people with frozen shoulder. Researchers enrolled 46 adults with limited shoulder movement and measured their pain levels and how far they could move their shoulder over six months. The goal was to see if these injections could reduce pain and improve shoulder mobility compared to other treatments.
