Summary

This study tested whether adding gentle neck and upper back manual therapy to a standard exercise program helps people with shoulder impingement syndrome. 56 adults with shoulder pain for 3-6 months took part. The goal was to see if this combined approach improves pain, range of motion, and strength better than exercise alone.
