Summary

This study looked at whether a type of exercise called kinetic chain exercises can reduce pain, improve movement, and lessen disability in people with shoulder impingement syndrome. 36 adults aged 30-50 with shoulder pain took part. Half did the kinetic chain exercises, and the other half did standard physical therapy. The goal was to see which approach works better for easing symptoms.
