New study pits two exercise routines against shoulder pain
NCT ID NCT06554860
Summary
This study aimed to see which of two specialized exercise programs worked better for reducing pain and improving movement in adults with shoulder impingement syndrome. 51 participants were split into three groups, all receiving standard shoulder exercises, with two groups also trying one of the new exercise techniques. Researchers measured changes in pain, shoulder strength, and range of motion to guide future physical therapy.
