Frozen shoulder relief: which injection works best?

NCT ID NCT07409779

Summary

This study compares two common treatments for frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) to see which provides better pain relief and movement improvement. Fifty adults with painful, stiff shoulders will receive either a steroid injection or a saline capsule-stretching injection, both guided by ultrasound and followed by physical therapy. Researchers will track pain levels, shoulder movement, and daily function over time to determine which approach is more effective.
