Summary
This study aims to find the best treatment for a specific type of shoulder fracture that also involves a rotator cuff tear. It will compare three approaches: immediate surgery, delayed surgery, and non-surgical treatment. Researchers will follow 180 adults for up to 10 years to see which method leads to better shoulder function, fewer complications, and lower costs.
