NCT ID NCT03531463
Summary
This study aims to find the best treatment for serious shoulder fractures in people aged 65 to 85. It directly compares two approaches: having a specific type of shoulder replacement surgery or managing the injury without an operation. Researchers will track participants' pain, arm function, and quality of life for up to 10 years to see which method leads to better long-term results.
