Researchers map shoulder fractures to predict recovery path
NCT ID NCT07368725
Summary
This study aimed to understand how fractures in a specific part of the shoulder bone affect the function of the rotator cuff muscles. Researchers followed 100 adults with this combined injury to see how their shoulder function changed over time with different treatments. They used detailed 3D models from CT scans to measure the fractures more accurately than standard X-rays.
