Summary
This study aims to understand how fatigue in the shoulder's rotator cuff muscles impacts hand grip strength in healthy adults. Researchers will measure grip strength before and after inducing shoulder muscle fatigue in 30 participants using specialized equipment. The findings could help improve injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies for athletes and patients.
