This study compared two shoulder exercise programs—Throwers Ten and general shoulder strengthening—in 36 male volleyball players aged 18-30. The goal was to see which program better improved throwing performance and strength. Participants were tested on medicine ball throw distance, throwing accuracy, and maximum shoulder press weight.
