Summary

This study tested whether specific exercises to strengthen the shoulder blade muscles could improve collarbone movement and reduce arm disability in adolescent girls. Forty participants without recent injuries performed the exercises three times a week for eight weeks. Researchers measured changes in movement, strength, and disability to see if the exercises were helpful.
