Summary
This study is testing a specific set of shoulder and back exercises to see if they help women recover better after breast cancer surgery. It will involve 33 women who have had a mastectomy and are experiencing shoulder pain or stiffness. The goal is to see if this targeted exercise program reduces pain, improves arm movement, and helps with daily activities more effectively than standard care.
