Summary
This study followed 89 people for 3 years after they got a pacemaker or similar heart device. It tested whether doing simple shoulder exercises soon after surgery helps with arm movement, grip strength, and quality of life compared to standard care. The goal was to see if early exercise provides lasting benefits without harming the device.
