Summary
This study compares two surgical techniques for people who have repeated shoulder dislocations and minor bone loss. One surgery is minimally invasive (arthroscopic Bankart repair with remplissage), and the other is open (Latarjet transfer). The goal is to see which approach leads to better shoulder function and less pain. Thirty participants will be followed for at least two years after surgery.
