Summary

This study compares two shoulder replacement surgery techniques for people with shoulder arthritis. About 284 participants will receive either a standard reverse total shoulder arthroplasty or one that also repairs a specific muscle called the subscapularis. The goal is to see which approach leads to better function and less pain over two years.
