Summary
This study looked at whether a short, intensive two-week program of strength and balance training could improve agility, movement, and balance in 60 national-level Kho-Kho players aged 18-25. Participants trained for one hour, six days a week. The goal was to see if this training helps prevent injuries and improves performance, and whether results differ between male and female players.
