Simpler dental implant surgery tested for tough cases

NCT ID NCT07271134

Summary

This study is testing if a shorter dental implant works as well as a standard one for people who have lost bone in their upper jaw, especially near the sinus. It aims to see if this shorter option can avoid the need for more complex and invasive bone-grafting surgery. Researchers will compare how well the implants hold up, any complications, and patient satisfaction over time.
