Shorter radiation may ease burden for early endometrial cancer patients

Summary

This study compares a shorter course of internal radiation (vaginal cuff brachytherapy) to the standard longer course for people with stage I-II endometrial cancer. The goal is to see if the shorter treatment improves quality of life and reduces financial burden. About 188 participants will be enrolled.
